During bleaching appointments, she checks my foils individually every 10–15 minutes, carefully removing each one when it’s ready rather than allowing everything to process for the same amount of time. Having experienced salons where every foil stays in until the very end, I can tell you that this level of precision and care makes an enormous difference. Genesis is also an absolutely wonderful person. She’s warm, down-to-earth, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about her work.
