⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Beauty Factory, especially with Melissa! I recently had Ultherapy done, and Melissa was amazing from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable and professional, took the time to explain the treatment, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly felt like I was in great hands. I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. It really made the whole experience feel warm and inviting. The office itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. You can tell they take pride in creating a comfortable, professional, and sanitary environment for their clients. I’m so happy I chose Beauty Factory for my Ultherapy treatment. Iv never been so happy with not only my beautiful skin care but just the upmost delicate way I was treated and nurtured here at beauty factory. I started off with such a pleasant experience with being greeted by Nicole where she literally placed me with exactly what I needed her kind warm personality made me feel welcomed and cared for and she set me the most beautiful and enlightening therapist Amber. Amber was extremely helpful and supportive I got the hydrafacial the entrie time amber educated me on my skin and took great care of me I couldn’t even believe what my skin looked like when I was finished I absolutely found my new home and people thank you guys!!!

Wow! Daria is a wizard with her hands. She blended both soft touch with deep pressure during my massage. Her hands relieved tension I’ve held for months. She guides you through a meditative breath as you settle in for your massage. I very much enjoyed and will most definitely be back on her table !
