It was such a fantastic experience working with Liza for my wedding hair and makeup. She made me feel so beautiful, and was such a warm and kind presence throughout the experience. She is so talented, I couldn't recommend working with her and the team more!
BeautyIcon, and specifically my bridal hair and makeup artists Anna N and Sasha, provided a top tier, luxury bridal hair and makeup experience. After my trial, I never once stressed about how I would look on my wedding day. Anna N was so present, nurturing, professional, calming, and attentive. I was stressed the morning of my wedding and she literally offered to massage my shoulders to help me relax. I also changed my mind from the trial and came to her the morning of the wedding without a clear vision, and she listened attentively and somehow understood what I wanted, even when I didn’t know myself. The result was a stunning bridal look that photographed beautifully, even on an humid summer day, and felt like me. Sasha was also calming, attentive, and flexible. Everyone loved their looks and their experience. Book now!!
I’m always scared to get my makeup and hair done because I can be a little picky and typically only like doing it myself. But I’m so glad I booked beauty icon! It was truly the best my hair and makeup have ever looked. I felt so pretty and was so sad when I had to wash it off 😩😂 Aliya was really sweet too :) would absolutely recommend!
Anna N. and Patricia did hair and makeup for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for better. Anna N.'s talent and calming presence made me feel like I was in the best hands — I looked like the best version of myself. Patricia took care of my bridesmaids and both moms, and everyone looked stunning. The looks were long-lasting and enhanced each person's natural beauty. They listened, executed perfectly, and adjusted as needed. Getting ready with them was one of the highlights of the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I spoke with the owner after having had a terrible experience with Lemondy. Unfortunately the trial day looked so much better than the wedding day. Spending over $1200 in hair and makeup I had a certain level of expectation. My hair was extremely flat on the day of my wedding, and not the “Hollywood glam” curls. Plus- we are paying hundreds of dollars - thousands, I would have bought a top of the line curling iron instead of the “hot tools” the make up artist used. Very disappointing not to get the quality you think you’re getting on the most important day! My makeup artist was very punctual, sweet, and kind. Just unfortunately when I look back at the photos for what I paid, and the photos back - I wish my hair looked like how it did in the trial.
Hi Rebecca! Thank you for your review. You looked incredible on your wedding day and Anastasia did her best to make sure you are happy with your look after unsuccessful trial somewhere else. Sorry, your hair did not hold the way you expected. However, longevity of curls strongly depends on hair type, length and also environmental conditions (weather, humidity, heat). No matter what products or tools we use, we cannot beat the factor of physics and nature. We value your feedback, but to be honest it almost feels unfair to receive a 2 star review after all the effort and attention you received from our team. However, if that’s how you feel— we understand and we are sorry that you did feel like paying the price was not worth it for you. We truly tried our best!
Lina did my hair and makeup for my wedding as well as my mother’s. She was kind and professional and brought my vision to life. She would stop and ask for feedback to make sure I liked my look until she was done. I felt so beautiful and didn’t need to touch up a single time all night. My mom loved her look too and was just as happy. Photos look amazing. Highly recommend!

Nina was absolutely incredible. I wasn’t planned to have a hair slot at a wedding I was just in so I tried to do my own bun/updo. When I went to get a quick touch up for makeup before the pictures she was there and offered to fix it quickly for me. She transformed the updo in minutes and made it look absolutely beautiful. I have extremely thick hair and it’s at a lob length right now — both of which make doing updos very difficult but she did it in minutes and it held up all night as I was dancing. She is also so thoughtful, kind and supportive on a day that can be stressful. She really went above and beyond. Hoping I can have her for my own wedding!
Nikole Vega is everything and then some!! I had the most incredible experience from start to finish. Starting from my trial months ago up to my wedding day 2 weeks back, I felt so taken care of and heard every step of the way. Not to mention she is the sweetest and coolest person to work with. I can’t recommend Beauty Icon enough! Nikole was the artist for my son’s wedding, and she did hair and makeup for me, my mom, my daughter, and my friend. Every one of us looked and felt beautiful while still looking like ourselves. She was professional, organized, and such a calming presence throughout the day.
