He did not try to up-sale unneeded parts. He was able to get the current parts working correctly. My mower starts and runs better now than it has in years. Highly recommend.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI called about an older push mower not starting on 4/27 and he said I could drop it off same day to have it looked at. I was grateful for someone being able to take a look at it so quick. However, this is where my gratitude ends. I called back on 4/30 and he said it would be another 2-4 days before he got to it, so I patiently waited. 8 days go by, and I had to call him back on 5/9 to get any sort of update. He said it was more complicated than a simple fix, which is understandable, but said he would call me back the next day with an update on it. It’s currently 6/10, and I still haven’t heard anything regarding my mower. I’m just very disappointed in the lack of communication. I had to go by a new mower because I don’t even know if I’ll get my old one back at this point. I’m sure he does amazing work for most people, and I understand there’s a lot of work to do all by himself. However, if it was too much to handle to fix my mower, I would have appreciated just telling me that rather than keeping my mower in limbo for a month and a half. I hope my situation is just a fluke, but just be warned that you may have a long road to getting anything fixed in a timely manner bringing your mower here.

Recently the front wheels locked up on my mower and he told me how to fix that over the phone Because something was stuck in there. He is very very helpful I would recommend him highly to anyone! And I will continue to use his services.
