Recurring themes highlight punctual deliveries, flexible scheduling for last-minute requests, competitive pricing, and responsive phone communication from office staff and drivers. The only common criticism involves a dispute regarding previous verbal commitments, where a customer alleged that an employee denied a prior agreement and ended the call abruptly.

Rented a 40 yard roll off dumpster from Beck Disposal for a cleanout at our self storage facility. One call to Theresa and it was scheduled. The driver was on time and set the box exactly where we wanted it. Pickup was just as easy.
Fair, upfront pricing from a family owned, local company. For dumpster rental in St. Louis, Granite City, Collinsville or anywhere in Metro East, call Beck. Five stars.

Thank you so much for the five-star review! We truly appreciate you choosing Beck Disposal and supporting a local, family-owned business. We look forward to working with you again!
I enjoyed working with Beck. Teresa was a great representative for the company, very accommodating and willing to work our schedule . Pricing was very competitive. Adam, the pick up and delivery driver was also great to work with, was able to place the dumpster exactly where we needed it to save us a ton of work and a lot of steps. Thanks again for the great service.

Thank you for choosing Beck Disposal. We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again on your next project!
As someone who has renovated hundreds of properties, I have ran Beck Disposal ragged haha. Constant deliveries, coordination, short notice requests by me along with my charming personality 😂...Theresa ALWAYS delivers and accommodates us. Their drivers have gone above and beyond for so many years, I definitely owe them all lunch! Of course on this early Saturday morning I have one of their full dumpsters ill be calling in for a swap, yes they also work Saturdays.
Ps...This is not a paid review...however I could use a new Beck coffee cup 😎🤣

We appreciate your business Sheila - we will hook you up with the coffee cup!
can’t say enough good things about Beck Disposal. I use them regularly for tear-off siding debris and construction waste, and they’ve been consistently reliable—even when I’ve had to call last minute.
Theresa and the entire office staff are always incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. They understand the realities of construction schedules and do everything they can to help keep jobs moving. Their drivers are awesome—professional, punctual, and respectful of job sites.
If you’re in construction and need a disposal company that actually has your back, Beck Disposal is the real deal. Highly recommend.
We called Beck first, because they are a local business, family-owned, and operated over several decades. We needed a large, but not too tall dumpster, accessible for loading from the end or from the top. Beck Disposal delivered! The container was expertyly maneuvered up our very step and narrow driveway. The pick-up and take-away, as well as the billing all went smoothly, without any hitch. We would not use anyone else.
Price assessment: Great price
Services: Construction debris removal, Dumpster rental

Thank you so much for the kind words and for choosing Beck Disposal! We're thrilled we could meet your needs and that everything went smoothly!
I’ve used Beck for years now and they were always number one! Recently I moved to a new employer and they have been using a different service with terrible response times. I called in a dumpster for swap and after waiting a week to get an empty dumpster I talked my boss into letting me replace them. I called Beck this morning to order a dumpster and just a few hours later they are here dropping it off. This company is the real deal they have great people that answer the phone and amazing drivers that always call before 20 min before they arrive and put the box right where you ask them to. I’m very glad my boss listened to me and let me get the professionals signed up. Thank you Beck!

Thanks for the great review Chris! We look forward to working with you again!
Great place to do business with. They take care of all of our waste needs. I work at a facility that goes through multiple dumpsters a week and they always meet our demands on pick ups.
