Beyond recommend! We were travelling through and needed a bolt removed - every other shop didn't even give us the time. Finally we got to Becks Automotive and it was no trouble at all. All staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, the work was absolutely reasonable, they worked past closing time just to help us. Our road trip would have literally been stopped if it wasn't for the team at Becks! The team are genuine humans and a great asset to their community and anyone travelling by. We cant thank them enough!!
Someone told me to go to Becks because he’s a good fair mechanic and THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE of you.
They charged me $200 to diagnose my tail light (blown through bulbs and fuses).
They quoted me $918 for a “computer” part.
I took it some where else and paid $140 in TOTAL for my car to be diagnosed and fixed because someone else that looked at my car put the wrong kind of bulb in the break light causing a short in all of my driver side lights.
100% NEVER taking my car here again.
I have known Scott for over 20+years ..my son worked with him and I followed him when he started Beck's Automotive. I trust him with all our family vehicle. I am starting my 78th year on life and want him to stay in business for another 20 yrs! Cuz...

Been going through these guys for 5+ years and have always done good with there work. They have an amazing team of mechanics. When anyone ask for an amazing mechanic I always recommend becks auto. Best mechanic in western Mass better yet all of Massachusetts
Honest place that provides great service at fair prices. They have maintained our vehicles for several years and have always been good at listening to our particular situations, and have been great getting us in as quickly as possible. From engine replacement to oil changes I would not go anywhere else.
