I have a rental property in Bexley, and my tenant recently called saying she was getting bitten. After seeing all the outstanding 5-star reviews, I decided to call Bed Bug Exterminator Columbus. Even though it was late, Manson answered right away. He suggested having my tenant text him a picture of the bug first to potentially save us time and money on an unnecessary inspection. Once confirmed, he got us scheduled for the very next morning. He showed up right on time in an unmarked vehicle, keeping things completely discreet. I was worried about my elderly tenant needing to move heavy furniture or pack up her entire home, but he reassured us that extensive prep wasn't necessary. He treated the bedrooms, living room, and the partially finished basement in under 90 minutes. Beyond the service, he took the time to educate my tenant, which gave her complete peace of mind. Exceptional, fast, and respectful service! Highly recommended!

I own an AIRBNB that I lease to travel nurses. Had a tenant leave on Saturday, then a new tenant checked in the same day. Today, my tenant noticed bites and wondered if they had bed bugs. I had a neighbor that had bedbugs. I saw one in my house and freaked out!! I called Manson In the Columbus office. I’m not in a position to pay for a whole extermination at this moment. Manson was kind enough to walk me through what I can do and gave me the name of a chemical that I can buy myself and try to work on this You do not find many companies like this anymore!! I cried, happy tears and I was told I can call back anytime with any questions and he can walk me through what to do!! Thank God, there are still people like this in this crazy world!
