I had a very disappointing experience with Bedrock Plumbing. I contacted them to replace my outdoor spigots. A technician came out, assessed the job, and quoted me over $1,000. The proposed approach also involved cutting into my finished basement drywall. I declined the work because the price seemed extremely high for what was needed. I subsequently had the work completed for less than $100 and without cutting into my drywall. What made the experience worse was what happened afterward. After I declined the $1,000+ quote, Bedrock told me they would charge me $75 simply for coming to my property. I had not signed anything agreeing to a $75 service-call fee, and I do not recall being told about or agreeing to such a charge when I scheduled the appointment. When I questioned the charge, I was told that they would try to rely on a recording of my phone call as evidence that I had agreed to it. Since then, I have continued receiving calls asking me to call them back to collect the service charge. I find this especially frustrating because Bedrock's website advertises free estimates, no hidden fees/no surprises, written estimates, and upfront pricing. I understand that plumbing companies can have different pricing and that estimates can vary. My concern here is not simply that I didn't like their price. It's the combination of a $1,000+ quote for a job I ultimately had completed for under $100, the proposed unnecessary drywall access, and the attempt to charge a $75 fee that I don't believe was disclosed or agreed to beforehand, followed by repeated calls after I disputed the charge.
Jaden and Alex were exceptional to work with on our issue. They diagnosed the problems and came up with economical and knowledgeable solutions. I would use Bedrock again for sure.

Robert was great. Right on time, very pleasant. We were comfortable having him in our home. Also great workmanship, efficient and left the work area neat and clean. He replaced two valves on our water main that had become corroded so bad that they could not be turned.

Jaden came out to replace the sink and toilet valves as the final step of our sink and toilet replacement project in our main floor bathroom. While he was here, he also took care of two additional tasks I asked him about, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. He was professional, helpful and provided excellent customer service. Hayden replaced my garbage disposal. Pleasant and considerate young man. The job took extra time due to that the first new disposal didn’t come with a cable. After the installing the second disposal, I was surprised how noisy it was compared to the old one that was replaced. That was disappointing since I need ti save my hearing.
