John recently inspected a home for us, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was thorough and attentive throughout, and took the time to walk me through every finding with patience and detail while also explaining to me how to take care of this new home most effectively as it’s new owner. It’s clear John takes real pride in his work — I felt like I was in very good hands. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with John Reim for my home inspection during the purchase of my new home. He was punctual, precise, very detailed, and honest throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again in the future.
Had the pleasure of working with John Reim from Bee Sure Home Inspections. He was incredibly thorough and patient. Took a lot of time to explain the findings of the inspection and make sure we were comfortable with the proposed action items. Bravo!

We recently worked with John from Bee Sure Home Inspection, and once again, the experience was excellent from start to finish. This is actually the second time we’ve chosen to work with John, which speaks volumes about the level of trust and confidence we have in his work.
John is incredibly thorough, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the entire inspection process. He carefully examines every aspect of the home and takes the time to explain his findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Having worked with him before, we knew we could rely on his expertise—and he absolutely delivered again.
What really sets John apart is his patience and willingness to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. He ensures we fully understand the condition of the home and any potential concerns, which gives us real peace of mind during such an important decision.
His report was comprehensive, well-organized, and delivered promptly, helping us stay on track with our timeline. Choosing to work with John again was an easy decision, and this second experience only reinforced that we made the right choice.
We highly recommend Bee Sure Home Inspection to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy home inspector.
