I AM extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company. Last month, we were charged approximately $150 for a service we NEVER signed up for or authorized. After contacting the company, the charge was refunded. Now, a month later, the SAME thing has happened AGAIN! Another unauthorized charge was taken from our bank account. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I have already spoken with a representative and followed up MULTIPLE TIMES, yet I still have not received a response or resolution. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to repeatedly withdraw money from someone's account without authorization, especially after the issue was supposedly resolved the first time. I should not have to spend my time chasing down money that should have never been taken in the first place. I expect a full redund, and written confirmation that no further charges will occur. Consumers deserve accountability!
Hey Heidi — after our initial conversation, I offered four sessions and refunded the money the same day. When you did not return to use the complimentary session, you were charged again, and we refunded you within six hours. I have also noted that you have eight complimentary sessions after paying $70 over the past 90 days. Every cent has been returned on the same day you called. We offer our sincerest apologies and hope you can accept that both refunds occurred the same day, along with complimentary sessions to return and use the studio without further charges. Please respond to my text messages and voicemails left before you before you decided to post this review. We are here to help people… I apologize for the two payment mix-ups, but you have been fully refunded for both and given eight complimentary sessions; beem® SLP has received only one payment from you for $70. Please contact our staff immediately so we can reach a resolution, as we only want you to feel better… not cause this disturbance. My complimentary offer after the first accidental payment that was refunded in full, as was the last one and you have been canceled. As a company, we make mistakes, beem® SLP has responded to you both times on the same day with a refund and offer of complimentary session to avoid you writing this review after only refunds and concessions were offered multiple times. Beem Light Sauna in St. Louis Park is excellent! The staff was amazing, especially Deborah, who was so welcoming. I loved the red light therapy + sauna combo leading up to my wedding—and I was absolutely glowing! I even brought my sister with my first passes, and she loved it too! Highly recommend! ✨
