Super nice and comfortable place to do red light therapy and the infrared sauna. They supply towels, robe and slippers. Everything is brand new and you can change to lights in the sauna (a room across the hall from the light room). The receptionist was very pleasant and answered all my questions

I had an amazing first experience at Beem! The studio is exceptionally clean, calm, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Having your own private suite makes the entire experience so relaxing and comfortable. I did both the red light therapy and the infrared sauna—it was the ultimate reset, especially for easing lingering tension and sinus pressure. Leaving felt like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend to anyone looking for deep relaxation and wellness!

I’ve been looking for a place to relax for a few months now. I found out about Beam at Woodbury days and gave it a try the very next day. I was so amazed by how neat and kind of the workers were they made me feel welcomed and showed me around I had such a nice time under the red light! Katelyn and Emma were so kind and amazing!! I can’t wait to go back ❤️

This was a great complimentary package!!! 15 minutes under red light then 40 in the sauna. My skin feels great, and I feel like I've lost atleast 5 pounds just being in there!!! I feel amazing and energetic. The staff were very nice and informative. I 100% recommend to anyone for any reason at all. Thankyou so much Beem!!!

Had my first session with red light and infrared sauna! It had an iPad tv in the sauna which made it go by quick! I was sweating with fun! Izabelle was very helpful and super knowledgeable and super friendly !
