Behind The Lids breathwork facilitator training was such a valuable, meaningful and worthwhile experience. Mandy the owner is so knowledgeable, positive and inspiring. Her space is welcoming and tranquil. The curriculum is comprehensive and well structured to give you all the necessary knowledge and tools you need to confidently lead breathwork. Training in person gives you the opportunity to practice the skills you’re learning, get immediate feedback and feel supported by like minded individuals all with the same goal of bringing healing to others. 10/10 recommend this training!

My Breathwork facilitator training with Mandy at Behind The Lids reflected the same sense of connection and care that first drew me to her classes, and inspired me to pursue this certification. The curriculum was thoughtfully organized in a clear, concise training manual, exploring nervous system physiology, metabolic health, coherence, and breath in an approachable way. Even without a background in these areas, participants could understand the concepts and learn how to articulate them as facilitators, helping others understand how breath can support nervous system regulation. I especially loved the practice sessions, where we rotated through members of the group to put what we had learned into action. These experiences built confidence while creating a deeply supportive atmosphere and meaningful bonds among us as we pursued our own personal and professional growth. I am so excited to see how everyone shares this work, and I feel honored to serve a practice that has supported me so tremendously in my own healing.
