We had our preventative maintenance appointment with Blake on Friday afternoon. He called before he came to let us know what time he was going to arrive. He arrived on time. He was very competent, completed our inspection. Great experience!

Andres was great. My issue was fixed efficiently and he even went above and beyond to fix another issue I had while he was there. I have used Bellaire AC for many years and they have maintained great service and kept my AC in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Having problem with thermostat and thus AC not working at all. Called Bellaire AC and they had someone here by 1 pm. Andreas installed my preferred new thermostat and AC up and working asap. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend! I went ahead and signed up for their annual membership program where they do a Fall and Summer AC/Furnace check. I’m big on preventative maintenance especially with my AC in Houston heat.

Beware!! They will rip you off!!! Our a/c was not cooling. The freon line was freezing up. Bellaire said it needed 2 lbs. of freon and also needed a cleaning of the inside condenser. It took them less than two hours. The technician said it was now cooling fine, but due to the heat, it might still be a bit warm. For this, they charged me almost $1,000. Fast forward about 6 weeks. The a/c has continued to struggle and now it is freezing up again. I called Bellaire to come back and recheck their work. They said it would be another $179.00 to come back here to check it out. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that there was not one in the office and I might not hear back from one until the next day. I told them that was ridiculous and I'd be calling someone else. I won't be using them anymore.
Cannot say enough great things about Bellaire Air! We received an extremely high quote from another company, who tried to upsell us. Called Bellaire and spoke with Danielle. She got someone out there within hours and ended up being less than half of what we were originally quoted, since we didn’t need additional items. Andes came out - he was phenomenal! You can tell that they are a genuine and reliable company. Will never go to another place!
