We had such a wonderful experience with Bellyful Catering. Jamie was so nice to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was always prompt and clear with her communication, and we really appreciated her checking in along the way. She even stepped in to help handle some challenges with our rental vendor, which we were grateful for. The tasting was also so helpful and made it easy to try everything and choose the perfect menu for our wedding. The food on our wedding day was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have asked for a better meal, and the service was amazing! We also added a pretzel bar as a late-night snack, and it was the perfect way to round out the evening. We couldn’t recommend Bellyful Catering enough!

Bellyful catered for my daughter’s wedding at The Troutdale house and they were amazing. Absolutely amazing!! The staff were professional- and very helpful to our group which just didn’t have experience with this. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience.

Abby and the Bellyful Catering team did a fantastic job for our wedding. There was plenty of food for everyone, it all tasted good, and we got many compliments from our guests. The menu is diverse and it's hard to go wrong. We picked the buffet package #2 with the chicken piccata, flank steak with chimichurri (big hit!), pear salad, focaccia, and grazing board. We brought our own cake and had Bellyful do the cutting. Abby was friendly and professional, and she helped make us feel comfortable like everything was taken care of so we could just enjoy the event. Our original bartender cancelled on us 2 weeks before the wedding, so we brought on Bellyful for drinks too. Their bartender, Izzy, was a breeze to work with, took over right away, and made very good drinks. We provided our own liquor. The estimated amount of booze ended up being a bit high, but better to have leftovers than run out! Jamie was very communicative and responsive, and scheduling tastings, managing payment, etc was easy. Bellyful worked well with the equipment we provided and their staff were very good for setup and takedown. I think the best part about Bellyful Catering is how broad their services are and how ready they are to meet your needs to make the event run smoothly and reduce overall vendor coordination. It was a huge plus, and I couldn't recommend them enough because of it!

Abby accommodated our request for a tasting within her wedding season mid-week for us out-of-state elopers ! She is incredibly personable, and a very talented chef. The Cedar Plank Salmon may have been the best we’ve ever had. 10/10 do recommend!!

My partner and I hired Bellyful for our 10-year anniversary party and we were absolutely blown away. Abby and their team were so organized, all the staff were wonderful, and the food was divine. Everyone couldn't stop raving about the cedar-plank salmon! We won't hesitate to recommend or hire Bellyful again for future events. 10/10!

Bellyful is nothing short of amazing! I had the privilege of working with them on another wedding today and I so very much appreciated their partnership! It poured for hours and they pivoted and rolled with it and hustled all night long while being drenched! (And they did it effortlessly with smiles on their faces). Yes, the food is exceptional, but what I admired most is that these folks ooze professionalism and hospitality and today it was seen and appreciated so very much!!

These guys have some of the tastiest food we have had at a wedding! Trust me, we photograph 50 weddings a year and get to try all kinds of food! Bellyful Catering crushes it and their chicken was to die for! Highly recommend!!! :)

I will recommend Bellyful 100000 times over! Their food is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Best wedding food I’ve ever had. We used them at our wedding and at another wedding, and both times they were phenomenal! Their customer service & day of service is also phenomenal! Abby is extremely flexible & there’s not a single thing I would have changed. They have SO many different options as well and can cater to so many needs. Love love love Bellyful!

My husband and I are so incredibly happy we found Bellyful Catering! Abby, Jamie, and the rest of the Bellyful crew made some delicious food for our wedding, especially the cedar plank salmon (I still think about it months later). Bellyful is one of the best caterers in the greater Portland area for dietary restrictions like vegan or gluten free diets.

The food at our wedding was absolutely incredible — truly one of the highlights of the entire day! Even months later, we’re still getting compliments from guests about how delicious everything was. From presentation to flavor, it was all outstanding. On the day of the wedding, I personally didn’t interact with the catering team (which was exactly how it should be!), but both my mom and our wedding coordinator said the staff was fast, efficient, and totally on top of everything. Service ran smoothly, and everything was handled professionally behind the scenes — I’m so grateful! The only area where things were a bit challenging was communication during the planning process. Some of the emails we received required multiple steps or weren’t entirely clear, and when we had follow-up questions (or just general questions) it sometimes took weeks to a month and several emails to get everything clarified. Which can be a little frustrating while your trying to plan and get things done. I understand they’re a large company handling many weddings each weekend, so it’s understandable that their inboxes are busy — just something to keep in mind when reaching out with questions. That said, I absolutely love this company and will 100% be using them again for future events. The food and service were phenomenal, and they truly helped make our wedding day perfect. My one recommendation for future couples: reach out early and give yourself plenty of time for communication. This team is popular for a reason — they’re amazing at what they do!
