In three years we have dealt with three different management entities and this has to be hands down the best! From start to finish, our transaction was handled with professional care by the friendliest group of folks, right here in Long Beach! They really care about their clients, tenants and building owners alike and it really shows!

Tyler Mehl runs a tight ship. Looking for a great property manager? Look no further. Belmont Shore Land Co is the way to go. I needed to rent my mom's house and they got it rented so quickly. And as far as managing the house, I don't have to think about anything.
