Stopped by last weekend with my sister for some ice cream and did not have the best experience. Walked in and greeted the staff and they just continued on with their conversation and proceeded to move towards the back area. Stood there for about 5-8mins before we were even acknowledged. Then we finally get noticed i order my ice cream in a waffle bowl. My sister got a pint. Then another group of ladies walk in and they get all the hellos and how are you ladies doing and what can i get for you tonight. Then I’m just standing there waiting an extra 6mins to be checked out while they count down the register no I’ll be right with you ma’am or nothing. Completely rude the entire time we were there, then i eat my amazing ice cream just for my bowl to be STALE. Will not be returning to this location. Giving very prejudice and unprofessional to certain guests.
