I took my phone here too get it looked at they told me it was water damage, but they must got the magic touch because when they gave me phone back it was back working like new . Thank you Angel and your team !!! I'll definitely be referring future business with you guys !
Took my iPhone here last week to get the back glass fixed.. when I went to pick it up back glass seemed to have a gap, girl at the counter wrapped it in rubber bands. Instructed me to leave them on for half hour…. Didn’t fix the problem went back today she was rude talked over me and said it is cause my battery is below 50 percent capacity.. my battery shows 90 percent capacity… she said I could leave the phone for an estimate… shoddy work rude customer service…

All of our repairs come with a 30-day limited warranty, and our representative was trying to help address the issue you reported with the back glass lifting. When back glass is severely damaged, there can sometimes be underlying damage that is not immediately visible. Since the replacement glass was still lifting, our representative explained that the phone should be left with our technician so we could properly inspect the device, including the battery, and determine what was causing the issue. Even if the phone displays 90% battery health, that percentage reflects battery capacity and does not necessarily indicate the battery’s physical condition. A battery can potentially be swollen, punctured, or otherwise physically damaged. A swollen or damaged lithium-ion battery can be a safety concern, which is why we did not want to simply reseal the back glass without first having a technician inspect the device. Our goal was to properly diagnose the cause, correct any issue covered by our repair warranty, and make sure you did not have to return again for the same problem. We’re sorry if our representative’s explanation came across as rude or dismissive—that was not our intention. We remain happy to inspect the phone and address any repair-related issue covered under our 30-day limited warranty.

I recently bought a Google Pixel 10 from this shop under the assumption I was buying a Boost product. After all, they are a Boost dealer. A week after they activated the phone I decided to buy cell phone insurance from Boost. I contacted Boost directly. Boost told me I could not buy insurance because the phone I bought from Ben's Mobile Phone shop was not purchased from Boost. I went back to Ben's for an explanation and they admited they didn't buy the phone from Boost, but rather from some third party vendor. But they didn't tell me this at the time of the sale. So, if you buy product from this store, be sure you know what you're buying. Get everything in writing.
