I had physical at BenchMark Therapy at the Demorest Ga location for a total right shoulder reconstruction from June thru September (28 sessions) and the results are terrific. I feel that I have as good use of the arm as I ever had. Milisa and Shara were easy to work with and the were always encouraging and helping me do the exercise. I hope I don't need PT again but if I do I will go to BrenchMark at this location.

My experience for 15 sessions with BenchMark was outstanding. Specifically, Hannah and Sarah, whom I worked with all but twice (the others were great also). They were kind, attentive, informative and really helped me understand what I was there for and how to continue my recovery after I left. Hit or miss. One day you'll get someone who is very professional and respectful, other days you'll get someone who hates life. . More than likely you get the rude, unprofessional pharmacy tech who can't stand her job. Go somewhere else if you are able.

Cole, Hannah & the team at Benchmark Physical Therapy did an amazing job with my knees. Of course, I told them they were killing me, which was far from the truth. They were professional and explained everything they were doing and why. When I wanted to give up, they encouraged me to continue on. Should I ever need physical therapy again, they will be the group that I will use. Thank you all for everything.

The entire staff has been great to work with! The front desk employees are always very nice, very helpful with any questions, and easy to work with on scheduling visits. I worked with Hannah Landress for my first appointment and walked me thru my first therapy and what to expect timeline wise. I primarily worked with Sarah Keeney as well as with Jaimie Richards and Calvin Wilbanks for continued physical therapy. All three have been excellent. They have encouraged me, and celebrated me with each milestone I have reached. You cannot go wrong going here and cannot go wrong with any of the PT or PTA.

This is the third time I have worked with Bench Marks’s and again it was great service. Cole (Calvin), Sarah, Jamie, Sawyer, and Mikaela were all very professional in the performance of their jobs. What I also liked is they all dressed in professional attire. Not only did the act professional they looked professional. I was not only impressed with the personnel, but also your equipment is up to date and your personnel keep them clean and in good working order. I would recommend Bench Mark to anyone needing assistance in your line of work.
