I recently had both shoulders replaced with reverse shoulder replacement surgeries. After a few months I developed severe headaches with constant neck pain and discomfort. I visited Benchmark’s Coburg Road Facility for 4 weeks of twice a week therapy sessions which included at home exercises. I am now free of the neck pain and the headaches. The staff were extremely supportive, helpful and professional. I would recommend Benchmark to anyone who is having consistent joint pain or discomfort issues. Thank you Benchmark!

Aimee was great. She is attentive, builds rapport, (even on visits in which she was not 1:1 with me), and fine tuned exercises working with my feedback. The next two visits were with other people, and the final visit, was a new worker who had to ask other people what the exercises were (said I would know them better than he did) and talked non-stop about himself. I was disappointed. While being "manually manipulated" (massaged?) my practicioner stopped and talked to other people a couple of times. I prefer to have the same therapist each time who is tending to my improvement, and someone who can give me feedback about whether I am doing the exercises correctly.

I had a fantastic experience every time I went in for my appointments. The staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive. They really helped me not only physically overcome my injury but mentally as well. I would highly recommend this team.

I would like to personally recommend BenchMark Physical Therapy on Coburg Road. The moment I walked in the front door the desk staff was warm, professional, and engaged. The therapists are knowledgeable, direct, have a genuine interest in your care and take pride in your healing correctly and completely. Seven weeks removed from having reverse total shoulder replacement - I no longer need my sling, have had zero pain (really, zero!) and know that my shoulder is being restored to the highest level of use possible. Even when Jesse knocks over a coworkers plant, not only does he quickly remedy the problem but even goes beyond that to clean up the surrounding plants as well. It’s rare to find a healthcare team that excels not only in clinical expertise but also in creating such a positive, friendly environment.
