Never had a deck built by them but did have one of their drivers almost kill me and/or the Prius next to us on hwy97. A grey possibly Chevy Traverse passed us on the right at ~80mph while we were passing a Prius in the left lane. Incredibly reckless driving with no concern for their lives or others around them. I sincerely hope this was an employee and not an owner as this type of behavior reflects extremely poorly on a business.

What a gem this local company is! They did an outstanding job building my new deck. It looks amazing. Truly a work of art. And, more than that, this company realizes the value of good customer service. That is just as important to me as quality of construction. Every chance they got, they demonstrated great care in their communications with me. They now have a new customer for life.

Could not recommend them more highly! From quote to design to build to clean up...so professional, communicative, friendly. Loved the whole experience!

I had such a great experience with Bend Custom Decks. From meeting Michael and working with him on possible designs of our back deck, to meeting and working with Arlie, the owner, on the details. He was so thorough and made suggestions that I hadn't thought about. He kept me up to date on where we were in the queue to get started. It took a bit longer than I had hoped but sure understand why. They really take their time and do a fantastic job.
I was lucky enough to have Brian and Justin do the build. They both were great and can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. The attention to detail created a beautiful deck that will last a long time.
I even threw a wrench into the plans and opted to change out our paver sidewalk/patio for concrete. They accommodated by shifting the team to another job for a week and then came back when it was finished. incredible!
Marshall, the Operations Manager, came by a few times to bring material, collect trash, check in, and even pressure washed the deck at the end.
Arlie came by on a regular basis to check in and did the final walk through to ensure everything as perfect before we called it done. He is just a class act! You just don't find people or companies like this anymore.
I absolutely recommend this team and am so glad I went with them. They have a customer for life!

I had a great experience with Bend Custom Decks from the start, meeting with Michael and getting an estimate for the work which was very competitive with the other 3 estimates I got.
Arlie, was the supervisor for the deck build, understood what I was looking to have done and his crew came and knocked it out in a timely and professional manner.
The result was much better than I had imagined, they are very detailed in their work and we now have a high quality deck that will last 20 years or more and that will support a Sauna that we are putting in.
So happy I went with Bend Custom Decks!

Great experience all around. This was a copy-exactly replacement of an existing deck and spa enclosure (no new design involved), but it was very smooth - material selection, design drawings, fielding of questions, keeping us informed of schedules and progress, and working with the HOA. The crews were professional and cleaned up regularly. I would not hesitate to hire Bend Custom Decks again. Couldn't be happier.

Very happy with our new deck. Replaced the top deck and railing and the team from Bend Custom Decks did a fantastic job. They were innovative when it came to solutions for privacy and reworking portions of the old deck. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend Arlie and his team.

The start of our new composite deck experience began with the lovely and very knowledgeable Michael guiding our project and then delivering the estimate quickly. The base of our deck had to be rebuilt due to the specs of the previous cedar deck not being compatible. Once the crew arrived, their work was done expeditiously and professionally with great attention to detail. Our satisfaction with the completed project was beyond our expectations. We went with the TimberTech Legacy collection (pecan with expresso border) that surprisingly looks very close to actual wood. We highly recommend this company for your deck project!
