Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA at a glance
Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional demeanor, and detailed communication of technicians, noting that staff often explain processes and costs before beginning work. Services range from water heater installations to toilet repairs and leak detection. However, several low-star reviews criticize high pricing, the lack of itemized estimates, and perceived upselling, with some customers reporting that initial diagnoses or quotes were significantly higher than those from other providers.

Incredible job well done. Thank you to our plumber Adam who confirmed our suspicions and went above and beyond for our toilet repairs. We live in a new build and the installs were not sufficient. Adam was able to properly apply two wax rings for each toilet and reinstall with no extra caulking needed. I appreciate his extra attention to detail on the partial flushes and answering our other questions. Wonderful to work with and will be using again for other tasks that might come up.
