I made a call after hours on a Monday and someone was there the next day. They were even earlier than expected. Chris was very nice and helped me understand what was going on and what I need to do in the future.
I had a septic emergency and Moore’s responded quickly. Our technician Kip was extremely helpful. We have an old septic tank and it was a struggle initially finding the clean out. He didn’t give up and got the job done. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions. Kip’s professionalism and customer service are something you just don’t find these days. A professional company with great staff.

On the hottest day of the summer, July 4th, with a house full of family and friends (15 of us) our septic system backed up! We are well past Roper on the Albemarle Sound.
However, after one call to Russ, Chris arrived cheerful and determined to get us going again. He worked quickly and efficiently and soon a real catastrophe was repaired and we could enjoy our celebration as planned. Many thanks to Chris and Bennie Moore Septic Services.

The technician Thomas was great to work with. He came out to service our tank an hour after calling and was very pleasant to work with. He made sure to ask about everything before he had to dig or cut. He did a great job cleaning out our tank and installing a new float sensor. He was very knowledgeable about everything we had questions on. We will definitely be working with Bennie Moore Septic again in the future.
