Customers frequently cite rapid response times, professional communication, and reasonable pricing as key aspects of their experience with Benson Auto Towing. Drivers are noted for being courteous and helpful while handling various towing requests, including long-distance transports and emergency roadside assistance. However, one recurring criticism involves complaints about higher costs compared to competitors and perceived rudeness when customers questioned the price estimates.

Double the price of other companies and gets rude when I told them that the price is too high and I’d check around….
I apologize, sir if I seemed rude and again, you’re not obligated to pay my price, but those are my prices. Thank you for the honest two star review five years. I had all five I didn’t even get a penny from you and you went out of your way to review. God bless you and I hope you made your motor cycle home safely
Great experience with Kevin! He showed up quickly, was very helpful, and got everything taken care of. He’ll definitely be my first choice next time!
Great experience considering the circumstances!! I had to have my car towed from Allen, TX, while I was all the way back in Oklahoma, which could have been incredibly stressful. Kevin made the entire process so easy! Communication was great from start to finish, he kept me updated, delivered my car exactly where it needed to go, and even sent me a picture confirming it had been safely dropped off. I really appreciated the professionalism, great communication, and peace of mind throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend!!
