Berkeley Balloons and Events
Berkeley Balloons and Events at a glance
Customers frequently highlight the store's helpful staff, quick service, and good selection of balloons and party rentals. Reviewers note that the owner is professional and responsive, often providing extra assistance like free weights or prompt replacements for popped items. While most praise the local business, one recurring criticism involves pricing and product durability, with a low-rated review citing a balloon that deflated rapidly after purchase and difficulty resolving the issue.

Don’t go here. Even though it’s pricey, I chose to go here to support a small business instead of going to Safeway or Michael’s… We live three blocks away, but by the time we got home the balloon had already deflated. (In 5 minutes) . After debating whether I should called or not, I called the shop after about 20 minutes and was first told to come in to have it re-inflated, then told I’d need to buy a new one because there was supposedly a hole. There’s no way the balloon was damaged in the car. Very disappointing experience. First and Last time….

These guys are amazing. Purchased two balloon bouquets and a candle for my son's birthday, and forgot the candle at the store. So they called to let me know they would have a little time after a delivery to drop off the candle if our event wasn't too far away.

I had such a great experience at this store. They had the exact balloons I was looking for. I feel like the prices were pretty good, especially compared to other balloon stores that I called in the city. The service was great. The man behind the counter was so nice. He asked me about the event that I was bringing these balloons to and was genuinely excited for me and my celebration, which was sweet.

The staff is so kind. The man who prepared the balloons for my granddaughter‘s birthday party offered suggestions and gave me free anchor weights that he had made himself. He also wrapped each bunch of balloons in a large plastic bag to tame them as I carried them to my car in the pouring rain.
