The installation of the new water heater was done well, but the damage associated with it was not OK. When they removed the old water heater they broke off part of the stone entryway and cracked the large stepping stone in front. See Attached pictures. The main issue I have with this is that they didn't tell me what happened and actually threw the broken pieces into my bushes to try to hide what happened. Based on the work they did I would have used them again, but the lack of honesty tells me that this company cannot be trusted.
Prompt accurate problem-solving for my electrical issues at my house, work quickly and efficiently and friendly.

Daniel came to finish upgrading the inside air conditioning unit in the house I just bought. At his initial visit he found some mildew and mold inside the housing along with the need to replace the drain. He added a UV light to kill the invading nasties, fixed the drain, and brought the system up to greatness. Thank you Daniel and Berkeys.

Charles (Jared) came by to add a bypass valve so our new dishwasher could be installed. I appreciate that he provided two options that would accomplish what we needed. He pointed out the cost difference between the options was significant. The bypass valve was far less expensive so that’s the route we went. Berkeys is a little more expensive however their technicians are consistently polite, professional, and provide great detail before starting their work and throughout the process. They also respond very quickly!

We needed a whole new AC. Unit, and I wanted to make sure to find a big company that was very reputable and stood behind their warranties. I had several companies come out and Berkeys stood out against all of them !!! The people they sent to my home were so knowledgeable and so professional !! Install went smooth and I am happy and impressed by all of the work !!! 🙌 we are glad we did our homework and went with yall !!!
