I hired BerryClean for a deep clean of our 2b2b apartment after we moved in, inspected the place, and found it dirtier than we'd like. The team worked incredibly hard and transformed the apartment. Floors, bathrooms, and windows looked fantastic, and the finishing touches (folded towels, dishes done) were a lovely surprise.<br><br>I'll be honest: We have very high standards and the cleaners were fighting an uphill battle, but the first visit missed some small detail areas, like drawer interior corners, toilet hinges, the range hood, and a few window sills. But this is where BerryClean earned my recommendation. When I sent photos of what was missed, they didn't argue or deflect. They came back a few days later and did a thorough re-clean of every item I had flagged. Across the two visits, the apartment is now spotless.<br><br>I would wholeheartedly recommend BerryClean, they did an amazing job and were well worth the money. The cleaners were thorough and professional and the dispatch/back office team were incredibly kind and understanding, willing to work with me to customize the clean to my space.

I got a deep cleaning for my house (4 bed, 2 bath, about $970, in south San Jose) before move-in, the team arrived around 10:30AM and completed work around 1:30PM. The house was quite dusty initially and the BerryClean team did an excellent job cleaning all the dust and other areas. They did a great job in the bathrooms. The deep cleaning was worth it for sure!

I ordered a deep clean for my stovetop and oven. The cleaner came in and got right to work. There were some stubborn areas where I guess the cleaner couldn't get clean. I tried speaking to her about it, but she didn't speak English. Overall, I am still pleased with the results. Thank You!

The BerryClean cleaners did such a beautiful job, with a LOT to manage, because it had been a while since my place was thoroughly cleaned. Can't wait for the regular monthly clean to have my home feeling "guest-ready" at all times.

I have been using Berry Clean for at least 6 years, and they are absolutely phenomenal. They are super detail oriented, and just the nicest people. One time, a picture frame I had sitting on the ground got knocked over, and they emailed me immediately to let me know and offered to replace it. They are incredibly trustworthy, and I love that they pay their staff higher wages with good benefits.

BerryClean did an amazing job in my apt. I had a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom and they were very thorough and it feels like a breath of fresh air after the cleaning. The cleaning supplies they used were also very mild scented and did not smell like intense disinfectant afterwards which I really appreciated. Will definitely use them again when I need my apartment cleaned in the future for sure!
