Google reviewers rate BerryClean 4.9 out of 5 based on 136 reviews, with the owner responding to 25 percent of them. Customers frequently cite competitive pricing, punctuality, and thorough deep cleaning services for move-ins and move-outs as key positives. However, lower-rated feedback highlights issues with billing after cancellations and incomplete deep clean tasks, such as cabinets and walls not being addressed.

taking back my original review.

this company charged me for cleaning. i canceled at least two days prior + rescheduled for the next month.

they confirmed.

but now they’re saying i won’t get the service i paid for until i pay again.

better business bureau, anyone?
I was initially drawn to BerryClean by their competitive pricing, but I've stayed because of the truly outstanding quality of their work and their wonderful staff. Finding a service that offers this level of deep, detailed cleaning without breaking the bank is rare!
The BerryClean team is consistently friendly, respectful of our space, and clearly takes pride in their work. They feel like a trusted partner in maintaining our home. It's a fantastic feeling to come back to a pristine environment knowing the work was done by reliable, honest people. BerryClean provides exceptional value and peace of mind. Highly recommend their service to everyone!
Thank you so much Wesley for this amazing review! We’re really grateful for your trust and so happy to hear that our team has been taking good care of your home. It means a lot to us that you feel the quality, the effort, and the value we try to bring every visit.

We appreciate you, thank you for choosing BerryClean!
I have used Berry Clean twice now, one for a move-out clean in Oakland and then for a move-in clean in Santa Clara, shortly after I got settled. Not only are the cleaners kind and friendly, but they work hard, clean deeply and thoroughly, are fast, arrive on time, and take clean to a whole new level!

For the move-out clean, I had done a fairly decent pre-clean, but the two women made everything look sparkling new! I was truly impressed!

For my move-in clean, two different women again took cleaning "over the top" and addressed some problem areas. The place looks amazing!

I could not be happier with my two Berry clean experiences!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience M C R! We’re so happy to hear both your move-out and move-in cleans went so well and that our teams made everything sparkle. It means a lot to know their effort and attention to detail stood out.

We’ll be sure to share your kind words with the cleaners — they’ll love hearing this! Thanks again for trusting BerryClean for both homes, and we hope to help you again down the road.
Great experience using BerryClean when we moved out of our loft apartment. They showed up right on time, went to work, and the place was *spotless* when we came back 2 hours later. Well worth the price, which was reasonable and comparable to other cleaning services. If you're considering BerryClean, you won't be disappointed!
