We recently had our gunite (cement) pool replastered & tiled by Bertin's Pools. They did a WONDERFUL job! All of the employees were professional, respectful, & conscientious. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day. We highly recommend this business, was a very smooth process!!
They built the pool, spa, and splash pads at the apartment where I live. As the pool was being filled with water and before the pool was open for use, you could see dark discoloration of the material on the pool bottom that made it appear to be dirty. Within a few weeks of opening, the splash pads were shut down because the wrong size of plumbing was installed preventing proper drainage which took weeks to correct. I'd think twice before contracting with them.
I had the extreme pleasure of having Bertins redo my liner on my pool To start with they took their time making sure the measurements were spot on After taking out the old liner they found a lot of damage and didn’t stop them in the least They jumped on it and repaired it !! They did a most fantastic job my pool was better than new it was beautiful Now 3 yrs later some of the liner had slipped off its track as per usual with liner pools I called them up and they immediately came over and fixed it !! I couldn’t be happier with them I totally recommend you choose them you get more than a pool you get their expertise and commitment long after their finished Choose Bertins!! Vanita Hodgson

Bertin and his guys were amazing to work with! He built me the pool I was dreaming about. We interviewed several contractors and I picked the right one for sure. Professionalism, communication, construction were all top notch. I would not hesitate to hire them for your project. You won’t be disappointed!
Great honest company.
Bertin did an amazing job. We had vinyl fencing, a concrete pad and sod installed and he was done ahead of schedule. Hard-working and professional crews too.
They were A pleasure to work with. Always quick to respond and show up when they said they would. Hustled on the timeline to accommodate a special day for us. The pool is beautiful and we are very excited for our family to enjoy it.
Bertin's Pools exceeded our expectations. Jose did everything he said he would do and even completed the project ahead of schedule. The communication and customer service was great. They were a one stop shop when it came to designing our backyard, building our pool, fencing, concrete, and all other landscaping. We would highly recommend Bertin's for your next pool or landscaping project!
