We had a great experience with Best And Fast General Contractors! They remodeled our kitchen and finished the loft above our garage in Bloomington, MN, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!
Our kitchen looks amazing with the new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and island. But my favorite part is definitely the garage loft! They turned an unfinished space into an awesome hangout spot with a bar, room for poker nights, and a place to watch football with friends. The design and layout turned out even better than we expected.
Big thanks to Ovi, our project manager! He was honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process go smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
If you’re looking for a reliable general contractor in Bloomington or the Twin Cities for kitchen remodeling or garage loft finishing, I highly recommend Best And Fast General Contractors. We’d definitely hire them again!

Best And Fast General Contractors built a new roof canopy for the front of our home in Burnsville, and we’re very happy with the result. They handled the project from the ground up, including permits, excavation, footings, posts, framing, and the finished roof and shingles. The whole team did a great job, and Ovi and Polly were especially helpful throughout the process. We’re grateful for the care they put into our home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor for a home remodeling or construction project.

Best and Fast replaced my old backyard deck in Inver Grove Heights and did an amazing job. New deck with white pressure-treated stairs, passed every inspection even with tough soil and water table conditions that meant digging deeper footings. MJ, Kim, and Natalie in the office were professional, kind, and on top of communication the entire time. Fast, clean, fully permitted, and to code. Ovi runs a great team. Highly recommend for any deck or renovation work — five stars!
