Best Built Inc. Real Estate Sales & Development Stacie Maus & Andrew Birder

If I could give Best Built more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My family and I recently hired them to build our new 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a fully finished basement, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Building a home from scratch is stressful enough, but we had to navigate the entire process while living completely out of state. Best Built didn't let the distance matter for a single second. Their communication was flawless; they kept us constantly updated with photos, videos, and check-ins, making us feel completely connected and part of every single step of the build. As a military family, we’ve moved a lot, but this house is a massive milestone for us as we transition toward retirement. Best Built understood the weight of this step for us. They didn’t just build a structure; they took care of us like family. They made a potentially overwhelming process incredibly easy, transparent, and exciting. If you want a builder that delivers top-tier craftsmanship while genuinely caring about the people they are building for, look no further than Best Built. They gave us our dream retirement home and treated us like family from day one. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Stacie was amazing during the whole process of selling our home of 30 years and made it as easy as possible. She was always available when we had questions and was a complete professional in every step of the process. Andrew was also great to work with. Great people and will definitely recommend them to anyone selling their home. Thank you Stacie!

Worked with Stacie at Best Built for purchasing our lot. She was amazing to work with and very helpful!

Stacie was great to work with both on the sale of our home and the selection of our build. Her excellent and timely communications helped to relieve some of the stress that comes with the process of selling and building a home. Stacie is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Stacie Maus was AMAZING to work with! We were a first time home buyer and Stacie was very quick to help. She was readily available any time that we needed her and was very good at communicating with us. The process was very smooth with her. She was also so excited for us and happy to share good news. You could tell she was just as excited as we were and that she truly loves her job. I would recommend her to everyone.

The Best Built team was outstanding in my custom home build. From site selection to budget management, they always had my interest in focus. Even when things didn't go perfectly they focused on finding solutions and being a fair partner. They created my forever home and I'm forever grateful for their partnership and skill.

I had the pleasure of working with Best Built Inc. and two of their incredible brokers, Andrew Birder & Stacie Maus. Both were an absolute delight to collaborate with on their custom gift baskets. You can tell they really strive to make meaningful connections with their clients by ordering gifts that were truly personalized for each of them. I highly recommend Best Built Inc. for their professionalism and genuine care. Looking forward to working with them again!

I had an amazing experience with Best Built, starting with selecting a lot and home plan all the way through the selection and construction process. Every member of the team was always quick to respond, to listen to my wishes, and to offer guidance and support. I love the quality of my home and would recommend Best Built again and again.

We recently sold our home and Stacie was awesome! She made everything go smoothly within the 30 day close. She knows the market very well and understands the balance of what to renovate before the sale and when to stop. Would go to her again in a heartbeat!!
