The staff there actually knows their stuff they were super helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different materials, the quality of their hardwood and vinyl options is a step above what you usually see, and the installation team was professional, punctual, and paid close attention to the small details. It’s definitely a more consultative, high-quality experience. If you’re looking to get your floors done right the first time, I’d highly recommend stopping by their showroom.

Met with Debra at Bellevue Design Center about a kitchen remodel we're considering. We're still in the planning stage, so I can't speak to the actual construction yet, but the consultation itself was very useful. She went through our ideas, looked at the layout we brought in and helped us think through cabinets, countertops and flooring together instead of treating everything as a separate decision.

Miguel and his crew refinished the hardwood in our home and brought it back to life. There were a few worn areas that I thought might never blend in properly, but the finished floor looks surprisingly even. Really happy we refinished instead of replacing it.

Went into the Bellevue showroom thinking we already knew which luxury vinyl plank we wanted. After seeing the samples in person we completely changed our minds. Peter helped us compare a few options and was patient while we went back and forth on color and finish. The installation went smoothly too and the new floor looks great in the space. Glad we didn't just order something based on pictures online.

We had an outstanding experience working with Miguel and his entire team at Best Buy Floors! Miguel was fantastic to work with from the start. After visiting their excellent showrooms in Bellevue and the Redmond/Kirkland area, we hired them for two substantial jobs: a full carpet replacement in a large 3,600+ sq ft home (which also included expertly fixing a wooden backboard behind the bathroom sink), and a full carpet installation across a 2-bedroom townhome with stairs. We are very happy with the results and execution of the projects. A massive shout-out goes to Diego and Leo, who did a phenomenal job on the townhome installation. Diego took incredible care to help reduce the squeaks in our wooden stairs. He was completely transparent, taking the time to show us exactly what he could fix and what wasn't possible due to the underlying structural design of the steps. His knowledge and craftsmanship improved the stairs immensely. We are incredibly happy with the final results and highly recommend Miguel, Diego, Leo, and the rest of the crew!
