Store was open. Went in rang the bell, called out and even called the store while standing in it. All I heard was shuffling in the back but they never came to the counter.

Very good and quick experience. I walked in with my phone saying the temperature was too high but it wasn’t hot and I tried to turn it off and on multiple times . Hand it to the guy and got a fixable phone and it was for free! He said he didn’t really do anything to it but I was in shock . He did an amazing job and was quick with it too.

I currently have a Moto G Stylus 2025 model which Motorola did an Android 16 update which resulted in the phone not sending or receiving notifications/texts.
The gentleman at Best Cell Phone Fix told me to do a soft reset which solved the problem temporarily. The problem is with Motorola not fixing the bug in the update. If your experiencing this problem you will have to do a Soft Reset by pushing the top and bottom button simultaneously when Restart appears on the screen push on that and it will Restart and work until the next day and it has to be done again to send notifications/ text.
Yes, I'm reporting problem to Motorola.
