Christian and his workers went above and beyond on the dress I brought in. My mother had made it in 1976. It had yellowed and stained. Now the dress looks practically brand new. I can’t thank them enough. It’s now preserved to give to my youngest granddaughter. Thank you again!! Tammy Stokes.

There's not one cleaners in the US that will allow a customer to walk away with out creases in their pants. That's how they make their money. The cashier don't give specific details when you ask her a question. She lacks clarity, detail, and precision. She needs to take a communication class. Effective communication is the key to success. I'm glad I attended Chicago public schools. The owner told me she made note of one pair of pants being in the system to be serviced over again, but the cashier didn't specifically tell me that. She told me these pants are not in our system. She never said only this pair of pants or we have one pair in the system. The young lady doesn't know how to communicate with customers but the owner said he will continue to support his staff. I wouldn't allow anyone to jeopardize my business, but this is the mentality in the South. Many business owners are passive.
Hi Edwin, after reviewing your account notes, I do want to clarify a few details. Creases are noted upon request, and no crease request was made at the time of drop-off. When the items were returned today on Nov, 19th, our team member noted that one pair of pants had never been in our system before. Because of that, we were only able to address the pair that had originally been processed. We take great pride in our customer service, and our staff is fully trained to assist client professionally and respectfully. We will always support our team when they uphold our standards. To the young man that owns/runs this business - Thank you so very much for assisting my 74 yr old mother this morning, while she was trying to put air in her tire.
