While cleaning my house, they turned my thermostat up by 7 degrees to ensure the a/c wouldn't run and left it that way when they left the house. When asked about it, the cleaners said they got permission to do that from their boss Katherine. I was home in the house at the time. Me, as in the person who set the thermostat, greeted them at the front door, lives in the house and is paying them. They didn't ask me if they could adjust my thermostat, they asked their boss.
While that's bad enough, what's even worse is that their boss - presumably a manager who makes business decisions for this company - decided that yes, messing with customers thermostats is perfectly fine and on brand with Best Day Housecleaning.
There is clearly a systemic lack of respect at this company for their customers homes that goes all the way up to management. I certainly am not going to trust this company or anyone they employ in my house again.

Madison of Best Day did an outstanding job. Our home is impeccably clean! This is her second time cleaning for us and she did the same excellent and thorough job before. It is such a treat to have the whole house so clean. Madison is also sweet, friendly and kind. We highly recommend Best Day!

Our VIP did an excellent job on our home. They were very meticulous and detail oriented, including nicely folding our daughter’s sleep sack 🙂 I highly recommend their services!
Sam remains consistent in her excellent effort to get the job done right the first time. She is consistently on time, was even early. She is flexible and very efficient with how she gets the cleaning done here. I really appreciate her superb work ethic that includes her willingness to deep clean other spots that I didn't notice.
We've used Best Day Housecleaning for a few years and are satisfied with the services offered. Communication is great and our VIP Kayla does a great job. Plus our dog likes her!
