We did a complete remodel of our upstairs bathrooms and flooring. We updated our master bath and split our kids Jack N Jill into two separate bathrooms. We replaced our upstairs carpet with laminate.
Splitting the 2nd bathroom into two was not an easy task due to space constraints.
Alex did a great job of redesigning in such a way that it was cleanly split to two but also space was utilized most efficiently.
Overall the workmanship has been great. Flooring work was done really well. He and his crew got the whole thing done within ~6-8 weeks from demo start to handing home back to us.
We appreciate his diligence and hard work. The quality is great and cost was close to estimated for the most part.
Thank you for sharing your experience, G R. We are glad Alex and the crew created a smart redesign to split the Jack and Jill and that the flooring and overall workmanship met your expectations. It is great the project stayed close to estimate and was completed in about 6-8 weeks. Your feedback means a lot to our team.
Called for an estimate on Hardwood Refinishing in Cle Elum, the lady that answered the phone said Cle Elum is outside of the service area even tho the website specifically says it is

Hi Troy,
Thank you for your feedback!
Well, after all these years of receiving 5-star reviews from our customers, it looks like we've finally received a 2-star rating — and interestingly enough, from someone we never actually had the opportunity to work with.
Just to clarify, your inquiry was regarding hardwood refinishing in Cle Elum, which is outside our service area. While Google Local Services Ads helps connect customers with contractors, like any system, it has its limitations, and occasionally inquiries come through from locations we don't serve.
We certainly understand the frustration, but we also believe there's an important difference between reviewing a company's actual customer service, overall customer experience, and, of course, workmanship, and rating a business simply because it doesn't service a particular location.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with your project!
Perhaps one day we'll expand our services to your area, and who knows — maybe we'll have the opportunity to earn a review based on our actual workmanship rather than our service area!

We did a carpet to hardwood floor replacement project, and Alex was extremely thorough in his first visit and really made sure that we understood and felt comfortable with every part of the process/price estimate. He even drove in his hardwood sample truck on the day so we can look at all the samples and compare with our exisitng floor directly. Thanks to that, we managed to choose the perfect sample that looks amazing and meshes well with the rest of the house.
We got quotes from a few other places, and the price here is very reasonable. It also includes help with some furniture moving which made the process much easier for us. We also had a miscommunication on the type of stair bullnose we wanted, and he helped us change that free of charge which is very kind of him! There are definitely no surprise charges that could happen here!
I've done a floor replacement project with a different company before with supposed paint matching on baseboard, and the finish they do here looks so much cleaner. It doesn't look like it's been popped out and placed back at all like it does when done by the other company, so I'm really happy about that! We'd definitely come back if we ever need to do another project!

Alex and his team at Best Floor Coverings not only gave me an amazing new floor in my kitchen and new carpet throughout, but did it on an extremely tight schedule. He bent over backwards in price and completed the project in record time. I would highly recommend Alex and Best Floor Coverings for all your flooring needs!

I’m so happy with the work Best Floor Coverings did in our home. From the very beginning, the owner, Alex, was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to come out to our house for a meeting just a few days later. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. They buffed and refinished our hardwood floors and replaced the carpet in the rest of the house, and everything turned out beautifully. The hardwood floors look fresh and polished, and the new carpet looks great. The pricing was right in line with what I expected, and I felt good about the value for the quality of work provided. The crews were punctual, courteous, and careful with the details, and they left everything clean when the work was done. I really appreciate the care and quality they put into the job, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable flooring company. They also do bathroom remodeling, so when we’re ready for that project, I’ll definitely be calling them again.
