Best Friends accommodated our dog with same day notice! They were responsive with feedback each time I called for a check-in. We will definitely be back.
2026 update: we boarded our dog, cat and ferret, with absolutely zero issues. Great staff! We boarded our cat, Winnie with Best Friends Pet Hotel for 11 days. I was able to call and check in on her, and I have no doubt that she was well taken care of.
So wonderful! My dog is happy when she gets there and when she leaves. I see everyone giving hugs on the camera. Thank you so much!!
I love the way the people take care of Denali. She comes home well groomed and happy.
We love Best Friends, West Berlin! We have taken our dog there for Play & Stay dog boarding for many years. She comes home happy and healthy ever time!
The personal were so sweet and kind to me as well as my dog. They answered my million questions with a smile. When I picked up my dog she wasn't nervous or anxious. I found our new place.🥰

Very nice staff and facility! Had to modify the stay a few times and they were very accommodating and happy to make the adjustments!
Best Friends was amazing. My dog was there 6 days and I could tell she enjoyed it and made a lot of friends! Eileen did a great job, I think my dog will miss her.
Overall my experience was good, the staff was friendly, cordial and professional. The only downside was some of my dogs meal prep containers were not returned back to me.
Great place to groom and board dogs. Our dogs run out of our car to get inside the building. With the vet, they try to run away. They love the staff and the play group when they stay over night. We love the pics and video. They look so nice after being groomed which we do on the last day since you get a discount for…
My dog did really well here and the staff are super good with nervous dogs. Other dogs I have had before absolutely loved it here and seems like things have not changed. Great place to leave your animals!
I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional.

My girl Gaby has always loved me mentioning the words daycare or day camp. She gets so excited and staff has always been flexible, helpful and attentive. It has been truly wonderful letting them help take care of gabs and she loves it!
We love Best Friends Berlin! My dog has been going to camp, boarding, and grooming for 12 years. The staff is amazing and truly cares!
