Erin is a wonderful groomer! She is kind to our dog and gives a great haircut ever time!
So wonderful! My dog is happy when she gets there and when she leaves. I see everyone giving hugs on the camera. Thank you so much!!
I love the way the people take care of Denali. She comes home well groomed and happy.
The only place I trust with grooming services for my elderly dog! He is almost 16 and needs a bit more care and patience and the whole team (especially Erin) is so good to him :)
Dina Fowler made me feel so welcomed and comfortable !! I highly recommended everything was outstanding

Jax always thrives at Best Friends. We love sending him there. As a high anxiety dog he does great in theOR care
Our dog Maddie has been going on vacation to Best Friends every year when we go on vacation. We watch her play via pet cams and know she has fun. The staff knows she loves baby talk and enjoys following staff around the play area. The groomers are great. She came home soft and fluffy.
Both if my dogs were at Best Friends for grooming over the weekend. Both left looking amazing. Our double coat dog was left looking sleek and ready for summer. Both of their nails were trimmed down so well. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival.
Overall my experience was good, the staff was friendly, cordial and professional. The only downside was some of my dogs meal prep containers were not returned back to me.
Lindsay Grace takes extra time with my rescues that that have anxiety issues. Facility wise it’s clean, easy to schedule
Great place to groom and board dogs. Our dogs run out of our car to get inside the building. With the vet, they try to run away. They love the staff and the play group when they stay over night. We love the pics and video. They look so nice after being groomed which we do on the last day since you get a discount for…
Erin did a great job grooming our golden Murphy, especially trimming and grinding down his nails. We'll be back!
I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional.
We've been taking our dogs to Best Friends for grooming / boarding for over 10 years. They are hands down the best! They always make sure our Doodle with anxiety is handled with care and go out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
It is so wonderful to see Dina back🤩
Midnight always has an amazing time at The Best Friends Kennel in West Berlin. The staff are always welcoming. Knowing that my dog is in great care allows me to enjoy my time away.
We love Lindsay and her wonderful grooming skills! She got us in on a Saturday for a nail grinding asap. Something our vet would not do !! We will always use her for this service !!
Erin is a really good groomer. Our dog looks great every time he's there.
The entire staff takes great care of Harper and seem to like him even though he’s a handful at daycare twice a week and the bath/nails are always very well done.
The staff have been very nice and caring. I feel very comfortable boarding my dog there. The groomers are very good and caring as well.
My girl Gaby has always loved me mentioning the words daycare or day camp. She gets so excited and staff has always been flexible, helpful and attentive. It has been truly wonderful letting them help take care of gabs and she loves it!
We love Best Friends Berlin! My dog has been going to camp, boarding, and grooming for 12 years. The staff is amazing and truly cares!

I boarded two of my dogs there and I found the pet hotel to be great. My dogs came home happy and well. I would highly recommend best friends pet hotel.
I’ve been taking my dogs here for the last eight years. Erin is the absolute best with my fur babies! She has been grooming all three of them since they were three months old.
