2026 update: we boarded our dog, cat and ferret, with absolutely zero issues. Great staff! We boarded our cat, Winnie with Best Friends Pet Hotel for 11 days. I was able to call and check in on her, and I have no doubt that she was well taken care of.
We love Best Friends, West Berlin! We have taken our dog there for Play & Stay dog boarding for many years. She comes home happy and healthy ever time!
Our dog Maddie has been going on vacation to Best Friends every year when we go on vacation. We watch her play via pet cams and know she has fun. The staff knows she loves baby talk and enjoys following staff around the play area. The groomers are great. She came home soft and fluffy.
The ladies at Best Friends Berlin are the best! Coco loves her day camp and week long stays!
Only place I would trust with my pup!
Overall, a great experience.
This was Teddy's first time at Best Friends, and he absolutely loved it!! It was great watching Teddy on the pet cam being very social with the other dogs his size. The staff was great. I would highly recommend.
Ive taken my 'furry' kids to other places and they do not come close to here. Dina is professional, caring, detailed I knew I was leaving my pets at the right place! Thank you for everything!!!
The staff is very caring ,friendly and facility is clean.
Midnight always has an amazing time at The Best Friends Kennel in West Berlin. The staff are always welcoming. Knowing that my dog is in great care allows me to enjoy my time away.
I love Erin !!!! is what Teddy Wells would say ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ ❤️ she's is the best groomer ever , Best Friend Hotel , has the best service and all the staff are very kind & accommodating. I love it there and so does Teddy Boo
I had to go to the hospital Thanksgiving and they took Scrappy Dappy Doo in ads and emergency. Very good news for Scrappy to be taken care of. He had a great time with a holiday dinner and desert! Best Friends also gave him a bath before I brought him home!
My girl Gaby has always loved me mentioning the words daycare or day camp. She gets so excited and staff has always been flexible, helpful and attentive. It has been truly wonderful letting them help take care of gabs and she loves it!
Denali is well cared for while at Best Friends.
Best Friends has always been the best place to board my dog. She’s well loved, fed, and plays great with the other dogs. She’s a Siberian Husky and always comes home tired which is great cause I know she’s having fun!! Keep up the great work amazing staff!!
So clean and friendly! My dog loved It here as his first time! We will be a returning customer!
