3 years ago, Mike came out to replace the garage door weatherstripping and pointed out plus explained why the door and rollers were nearing the end of their life. He replaced all including rails for a fair price. Last year my husband unfortunately backed into the new garage door and amazingly Mike was able to salvage rails and everything but the bottom door panel. In the meantime, we had another company replace the opener; a short time later the garage door wasn't closing properly. This time I called Mike and he came the next day. Turns out the other company didn't engage a stay clip to hold the garage door track in place. Moral to this story: just call Mike FIRST and LAST. We have found him to be very responsive, knowledgable, and fairly priced. Thanks Mike!

Updated Review:
I was calling to get service at one of our locations and when I told the gentleman on the phone where I was from he hung up on me. When I called back it rang twice and then went to voicemail. We were calling on service but will NOT be using a company that would treat us this way. Owner replied with the fact that they hang up on sales calls but we never even got to a point for them to know if it was a sales call or not. Its disrespectful. We took our business elsewhere.
