Customers consistently praise the shop for rapid windshield replacements, often completed within an hour, and competitive pricing that frequently undercuts local competitors. Staff are described as friendly and communicative, with many noting helpful assistance during insurance claims and same-day service availability. However, recurring criticisms highlight instances of damage to vehicle interiors, paint, or tinting during installation, along with complaints about perceived overcharging and unprofessional behavior at the counter.

Ive had my windshield replaced a handful of times mainly mobile. The 2 times ive been there in person they work quick and price is fair, I'd appreciate it if fragile plastics weren't messed with and/or atleast replaced. 1st time I didnt care because the junk yard is next door, got my mirror vibration absorber but the second time my dash speaker bezel is missing a piece I knew it was cracking but not completely missing. The interior has a bunch of window putty all over the floor with no attempt of vacuuming. I called and one gentleman heard me then apologized on everyone's behalf although I wanted one individuals name to speak too and address the mess. I live an hour fifteen minutes away and for them to only come up the mountain on Tuesdays, this $200 job I had to drive too needs to be done better.
