Best Price Furniture & Mattress

First and furthermost I’d like to thank the owner who allowed us to do a split payment on a purchase. But, please READ what you are paying for. I went in to get an entire bed set ; a mattress, base, and bed frame. We had walked the salesperson over to the exact same bed and frame we wanted and what we had agreed upon checking out. He stated when it was going to get delivered that they were going to build it for us… Well the bed and mattress arrived but NOT the frame. I was extremely upset because if you walk the employee over and tell them you want the entire bed set and bed frame and then you tell us the frame would get built at our home by employees but it results in just the mattress and base getting delivered, I felt PLAYED. And the owner offered us a half discount on a frame which is the most they could do. On the receipt it said “ Queen Set “. No brand name, nothing. When reading that I expected what I originally came in for, a QUEEN SET which includes a SET not just the mattress set! I really was planning on going back and buying more furniture but after this lowkey shady move I am not going back.

If you are of color ethnicity, they will be friendly to you but before they deliver they will scratch and poke holes in products before delivery and expect you to except it ,

I went in to best price furniture and mattress two weeks ago that would have been May 26th ordered a queen size mattress. He had the best spiel, sold me, but I still haven't gotten my mattress which was supposed to be delivered the first week!!! Finally got the mattress and the customer service was much better, actually have my friend go in and buy a mattress from him thank you so much!

Friendly, and better prices than your big brand stores, same brand furniture, guaranteed to satisfy….home grown owner too….satisfaction means something to this owner!

I’ve gone in on 4 separate occasions to couch shop. Every time I went in, the customer service was very friendly and helpful. The store has quality furniture and a huge selection at amazing prices! I’m extremely happy with the service, the prices and quality! I settled on a sectional and the family is excited for family movie nights! Highly recommend this store! Ray helped me and he is quite knowledgeable about the different products they have available! He even measured the couch to make sure it would fit through my doorway.
