I had my tires replaced yesterday and was overcharged by nearly $50, after I was promised an "out-the-door" price. The guy who charged me wasn't the person I talked to, and he claimed the price was before tax, as I explained out-the-door means all charges included. The reason I was given the discount is because when I arrived in the morning, my tires weren't there. They had been shipped to another store, so I had to leave and come back a couple hours later. At this point, I was fuming, everything had gone wrong and I was overcharged, so I sent a message to the boss, who promised me the price and he contacted me a few hours later and promised to make it right. Normally this would only recover a star or two, but it's hard to find a business that keeps their word and operates with this level of integrity. Yes, I committed half my day for a job that was supposed to take less than an hour, but I'm not going to knock their perfect score when sometimes shtuff just happens. I'll return to this place again, as long as they continue to operate with this level of integrity.
