Work was done quickly and cleanly, and communication was always near immediate. They also informed me of a manufacturing defect with my shingles from TAMKO, which I was able to get a check for and save some money on the roof replacement.
Our experience with Best Roof Roofing was extraordinary! The whole team was experienced and well qualified! Our home is much more comfortable due to the work that the crews accomplished! We would encourage anyone who is searching for a company to do roof repair to strongly consider this team!
Best Roof Roofing has been a valuable management contractor for the replacement of our roof! The heavy snow in May caused some tree limbs to damage to a large tree in our yard. one large limb damaged our roof. We hired Kyle to inspect the roof of a home we were purchasing and, like most reviews on here, thought Kyle was great with a fair price when he first came out to look at the roof. He found a leak, stating that an entire side of the roof needed new underlayment. His bid looked great and the sellers opted to go with his bid to fix it, for simplicity. The problem is that only a few months later, the roof leaked again in the SAME spot. We have since discovered his original bid didn't cover the entire side of the roof needing new underlayment, despite explicitly asking him to bid that for us to submit to the sellers, his crew didn't complete the work he DID bid, the crew messed up our attic insulation causing worse damage to the kitchen, and he used the wrong products on the portion that was replaced so it won't last. When we tried to discuss this with him he was full of excuses and gave us another estimate for more money. Now, we're left with damage to the ceiling in our kitchen and multiple thousands in expenses to fix not only the original issue that our sellers were willing to fix in the contract, but to fix his mess too. If I could give him zero stars, I would. He actually made our situation worse and now wants to charge us more to fix it. We will not be going with him to fix anything ever again.
