Initially when requesting assistance and signing the contract it was great. As time went on mistakes were made, misinformation provided, and extremely poor communication began. I would call requesting updates and then told “we’re waiting on the IRS” which was not true. Emails unanswered, return calks continuously pushed back and no guidance whatsoever. I paid for a service and I did not receive. What I did receive in the midst of all of this was a wage garnishment which should not have happened. I’m still in the dark and would have been better off working with the IRS myself.
Great service from BFG and especially kokila.she was very helpful , accurate , and easy to work with . the tax filing process was quick and hassle -free because of her guidance .thank you for the excellent support!
