Outstanding experience from start to finish! They're well organized and make the trip enjoyable and fun with stops at restaurants that serve delicious food. I highly recommend Eat Drink Ride to anyone looking for a unique way to explore the local food scene!
One of the best experiences in Birmingham. The food, the drinks and the ride and the vibe.
My experience was horrible, the owner advertises a nice party bus with her logo on it but what my group got was a old bus she rented that appeared to be spray-painted black with no logo on it. The bus smelled stale as though it had been closed up for a while. One of the seats was torn to where you can see the cushion, and some of the hand rails was broke. Two of the restaurants we went to was for kids; greasy pizza and ice cream. I called the owner before we left to tell her we were disappointed because that bus was not the one she advertises, and that she should have communicated to me that it would be a different bus. She was rude and stated "you will not get a refund." I did not mention anything about a refund. However, due to we had paid our money, we turned a disappointing situation, to a fun experience. The tour guide was great and tried to make the best out of a bad situation, but the bus ride was horrible and the tour guide had to play music from YouTube on her phone that had commercial in between songs. Just be aware that if you book this party bus tour, you may not get the tour bus that she advertises on her social media sites or Google.
I was super excited to patronize this business. We were celebrating my cousin’s birthday and her becoming a beautiful bride in October. We were told to meet at Milo by 5:50pm. We were there. On time ready. But there was no bus. We waited… called… texted… it’s not 6:30. Still no bus. Still no response from Joy. We left and went to grab food because we were hungry. The tour included food. Paying $120. At the restaurant we finally got a response from joy and it lacked empathy and professionalism. She blamed us saying she does know what we did wrong and she was out the country. She never left a point of contact if she was not going to be the driver. My cousin spent part of her day crying through her beautiful makeup disappointed at the fact that this was something she was looking forward to doing. Joy has still refused to refund us. We literally paid for a service we never received 😂 and it’s our fault. 🤦🏾♀️ Joy will respond to social media posts but not privately to make this right. It was 13 of us. $120 a person you do the math. I have reached out to an attorney to review this. Stay tuned.
And this right here is why I have no interest in giving a make up tour because you all love to go to social media posting half truths. Your coordinator gave you the wrong time. All Saturday tours are 5-9 not 6-10. The bus was there, the reservations were made but you all were not there. Is that my fault no. There were 4 other groups who were scheduled at the same time who left for their food tour. Yes I was out of the country in a different time zone. It is on my website that I may not be on your tour. Everyone knows I travel a lot as I'm also a travel agent. Once I put the pieces together that you all arrived at the wrong time although the booking agreement I sent to your coordinator had 5-9 on it. I said to her as an act of good will I will reschedule your tour. The next day several of you thought it was a good idea just like you to leave bad reviews and tarnish my name, so I changed my mind. Who want to entertain people that like especially when it's not my fault. So go ahead and get an attorney & continue posting reviews. I hate it for the bride to be as I love to create amazing memories with guests. But maybe if her friends learn how to tell the ENTIRE truth, things would be different.

I had a blast! I encourage anyone who's on the fence to hop on the bus. I went solo and had no regrets.We laughed, talked, sang and danced together all night. Joy made each passenger feel welcome and gave all of us individual attention. Stop thinking about it and do it solo or with a group. It's worth every dollar. Joy, thanks again for a wonderful experience to start off my 2026.

I decided to celebrate my 50th Birthday and it was "Everything " I enjoyed the different restaurant destinations and Joy was the hostess with the most! Be On Time, The bus leaves promptly.😊

I have been on the eatdrinkride tour on several occasions and I have had a blast each time. The Trussville district area was one of my favorite stops especially Ferus!! Joy has been my tour guide on each tour and she always has the entire bus laughing!! I cant forget about those delicious wings & fries from Birmingham wings and waffles. We loved those French fries so much we made a song about them!! If you are looking forward to having a good time, eating good food, and having a night full of laughter, I highly recommend Bham EatDrinkRide tour!!
