We booked a bounce house and then tried canceling when we couldn’t get confirmation. We emailed the company several times and couldn’t get confirmation of delivery time so we canceled after no response. Finally the company responded and only offered 50% and claimed they never heard from us. Even after we showed proof of several emails they still kept the $. Therefore, we are sharing our negative experience, as promised. Seems easier to just refund $75 and potentially keep a future customer.

Hello unfortunately per our previous conversation 2 months ago when we talked about the situation we hadn't received any emails from you regarding confirmation. When you book on our website you receive an automatic confirmation email which you said you did receive. Our first email from you that we received which was also screenshotted to you was the email stating you wanted a refund. We also give out confirmation calls the week of to reconfirm your booking date. We also have a functional telephone number that you stated you never tried to contact us on. Had those emails been received we would've gladly given you a full refund for miscommunication on our end, however since that wasn't the case we have to stick to our company guidelines regarding refunds which is located at the top of our inventory page prior to booking. We have sent back the refund requested at the time it was requested and we are sorry that your experience with us didn't work out. No need to have your wife write another review for the same experience since we've never actually been in contact with her. Best wishes and thank you.

Kids loved it! inflatable obstacle course was everything we wanted. had it all day and it never missed a beat great for party of kiddos to stay busy and have fun! 100 percent recommend big bounce to anyone looking for an inflatable for party or an event. You can't get it any cheaper or better any where else!

Big Bounce KC was AMAZING! We rented the 15 ft tropical water slide for our kids’ birthday bash, and it was the highlight of the party! Don gave us a call ahead of time so we could be ready, and he showed up right on time to set everything up. He was so friendly and helpful, and made the whole process easy. The slide was clean, safe, and absolutely perfect for a bunch of excited kids. They took care of everything—we just got to sit back and enjoy watching the kids have a blast! We’ll definitely be using Big Bounce KC again for future parties! I can't say enough about this company!

Don was the one on scene for us today! Amazing guy! Very kind and very helpful through the entire process. From someone that deals with all the cooking, set up, and clean up for big gatherings at our house, it was nice to leave it to the professionals for once.
