Brought in car for oil leak, charged me 2300 dollars, no problem. Kept my VW over a month, got it back still leaking, now even more issues than when I took it in. Took it to another shop and I absolutely blown away by what I was shown by the new shop. Basically this shop did more damage than good, did a half job, left out screws, didn't replace seals which is vital to my leak. I mean heartbreaking stuff. But here's the kicker i have proof. And check this out, when I complained to this shop you won't believe what they told me......"We don't have experienced techs" yeah I'm thinking lawsuit

Miguel is always awesome, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't regret choosing the Allen location for my automotive needs. The best part is that he remembers your name and that's amazing, especially when you have to spend your hard earned money. All of the staff are awesome ❤️
