Customers frequently cite friendly staff, quick service, and honest communication as key positives, noting that employees explain repairs clearly and avoid unnecessary upselling. Services include tire installation, patching, alignment, and general auto repairs, with some praising the shop for working late or on Sundays. However, several low-star reviews describe billing for parts that were not installed, denied warranty claims on new tires, and staff who were perceived as rude or dismissive of customer concerns.

Went in to have my tire patched, unfortunately due to where the nail was in sidewall unable to patch. From the moment I walked in to the new tire installation, excellent customer service! Thank you again
Maybe the tires don't have the replacement policy as B__ _ but the service people were professional and friendly. They have after 3PM appointments They made me feel comfortable explaining everything as we went and the could email me ALL the paperwork. Will go back for my other cars
George was professional and courteous and I really appreciated that. Especially since they had my car a few days longer than planned due to a parts shipment but I was kept in the loop the whole time and I didn’t get the “run-around”! Thank you!! 🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻

David is great. Friendly service to walk into. Has high integrity and doesn’t try to upsell you unnecessary up-charges. Definitely earned my business. I visited two tire stores prior and couldn’t get the proper help I needed. (They can help you with Tesla tires) Thank you again David for your honesty and your knowledge.
