Customers frequently praise the shop for fast service, friendly staff, and clear communication regarding vehicle issues, noting that technicians often explain repairs and provide accurate pricing. Services mentioned include tire replacements, alignments, oil changes, and battery installations. However, low-star reviews highlight concerns about warranty claims being difficult to process, unexpected additional repair recommendations, and instances of slow service or conflicting information regarding store hours.

I went there to have my tires Rotated and alignment. The technician were very honest and we’re able to show me the problems on my car. My alignment was done, and the issues were resolved. I really appreciate Big Brand and I highly recommend them for their Tire service and alignment.

Had a great experience at Big Brand in Rancho. Went in for an alignment and ended up buying four tires with the alignment, the price was too good to turn down. Professional, polite and courteous, everyone, writer, mechanic and tire man. I will definitely be recommending BIG Brand to all my friends and family.
