Big Brand Tire & Service
Big Brand Tire & Service at a glance
Customers frequently praise the shop for fast, friendly service and competitive pricing, noting that staff often resolve issues like flat tires or oil changes without charge. Reviews highlight effective communication and professional handling of emergency repairs, including weekend availability. However, several low-star comments criticize specific alignment work and allege that employees attempted to sell unnecessary tire replacements or parts that were out of stock.

Milton was 15/10 customer service. I had called over 15 tire shops and was met with unfair prices after talking with Milton. I had to come over here and get all four tires replaced. It was a no-brainer made everything really easy and smooth, a little bit busy so make sure you call ahead but thanks to Milton. This is my new tire shop!
